In your first breathing session, after a few preparatory questions, you will learn how this unique breathwork can improve your well-being. You will be asked what you would most like to gain from the session, for example, it could be to have more energy, reduce stress, relax deeply or to find purpose in life. Then we will create an intention for your session. You will practice the technique under the guidance of Tuomas and the aim is that by the end of your session, you should be confident enough to start a short practice at home. Throughout the practical part of the session, you will be lying down, in a comfortable position, supported by pillows and blankets with music on the background. After the session, you will have time to discuss your experience and Tuomas will suggest practical ways how you can incorporate a self-practice into your daily life.
