In this breath coaching session session, after a few preparatory questions, you will learn specific breath techniques to improve your breathing and well-being. Your reason for breath coaching could be to have more energy, reduce stress, relax deeply or to find clarity in life. You will practice the technique under the guidance of Tuomas and by the end of your session, you should be confident enough to start a short practice at home. Throughout the practical part of the session, you will be sitting or lying down, in a comfortable position, supported by pillows if needed. After the breath practice part, you will have time to discuss and Tuomas will guide practical ways how you can incorporate a self-practice into your daily life.
